Terms of Use

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Please note: we wrote this page of terms to be easy to read. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer for your jurisdiction, so treat it as general information.

Using this service means accepting these terms

Requesting a trial, placing an order, or watching through Strym TV confirms that you agree to the terms below.

The service

Strym TV provides an IPTV subscription: live channels and on-demand titles delivered over the internet, watched through a compatible player app on your own device. Every plan length includes the same catalog.

Your login

Your activation details are emailed after a trial request or payment. Keep them private: you are responsible for activity under your login.

Acceptable use

The service is for personal viewing at home. You agree not to:

  • Try to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
  • Use the service in breach of applicable law
  • Share your login outside your household
  • Resell, redistribute, or rebroadcast the service

Prices and payment

Prices are those shown on the pricing page when you order. Payment is completed through a secure link sent by email. Plans do not renew automatically; you choose whether to order again when a term ends.

Trial

New customers can request one free 24-hour trial at no cost. It expires on its own; nothing needs to be cancelled. See the trial page.

Service quality

We aim for reliable streaming, but no service can guarantee 100% uptime. Your internet speed and device also affect what you see.

Ending access

We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches, such as reselling or publicly sharing a login.

Limits of our liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited and excludes indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable where the service is operated.
